Salon Policy


24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 

We Understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation.

After the second time of less than 24 hours notice we will require a 50% deposit upon booking your next appointment. 

Redo Policy:

We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Fedora Lounge. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Redo’s will only be honored if Fedora Lounge is contacted within 7 days of the original service.

Refund Policy:

Services- If a client is unhappy with the results of a service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still unhappy, management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.

Products- If a client is unhappy with a hair product purchased at Fedora Lounge, and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, the client will receive a refund. Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy on how much was used.
